Different cooking areas are available, among which the main ones are the indoor kitchen and a smaller outdoor open kitchen. Both kitchens have a wood fired oven for baking pizzas and bread. Moreover, there are a pastry lab dedicated to haute patisserie and a barbecue station for outdoor cookouts parties.

Whether for large corporate group or small private parties, Tiberius can provide catering service on other locations, such as historical premises or villas, sailor boats or yachts, just to name a few.

The outdoor open kitchen by the So Zen focuses particularly on the history and sources of produces, for delivering the best local food experience. Moreover, some space is given to fusion dishes. Great care is also put in the selection of wines, champagnes and cocktails.
